Food Service: The Thirsty Mind
Crafting a new visual identity and website for a beloved Pioneer Valley coffee shop.
The Thirsty Mind is a coffee shop located in Massachusetts that has been serving their small-town community since 1996. They are supplied by local vendors and farms, and boast the best offerings in local coffee, espresso, sandwiches, and pastries to both local patrons and students and faculty of the nearby colleges.
They had an overwhelmingly positive in-house customer experience, but a poor online presence with very little engagement and no way to place orders online. They came to me looking to refresh their outdated branding and website in a way that would showcase their unique menu so that both current and new customers can easily obtain information, place orders, and understand their schedule and atmosphere.
I led the comprehensive brand refresh and responsive website design for The Thirsty Mind, transforming its outdated online presence into an engaging platform that showcases unique offerings and enables online ordering β providing a seamless, informative ordering experience for customers.
